Intestinal health -

The latest part of my healing journey is learning the importance of intestinal health. I've always suspected the lack of nutrient absorption. I seem to have sensitivities to many types of food. I am underweight. I was diagnosed with ms in 1998. At the time, I didn't know anything about ms, and I didn't realize that the medical community didn't know anything about it either.
I went searching to see what God says about healing. Finding out that He loves me and that He heals all gave me the strength to keep going, to keep seeking the healing answers. I feel that I finally found the right path to doing my part of healing.
We have self healing bodies. It is how God made us. How do I know? Look at when you get a cut on your skin. It scabs over, and over time your skin is restored as if it is new. I believe that process works on any part of your body. The following is what I learned from - this is not medical advise- just what I am doing to feel better- and slowly, I am feeling better. (I hope to tell you about walking and then running one day)
First, you need to clean out your systems. It is simple. Clean your systems and flood your body with good nutrition.  The first system to clean out are the intestines. I was surprised to learn that the small intestine is about 20 ft long. We have spent many years doing damage. As a baby I was allergic to milk. So from my first weeks, my intestine was already compromised. I believe that led to my croup, many strep throats, mono, and many antibiotics. I also had a narrow jugular vein. I do not know if that was a birth defect or a reaction to the many illnesses. (It is something people diagnosed with ms and lyme probably have) When my left jugular was opened, my brain fog started to go away. That gets better and better. If you are interested in learning more about that, do a search on CCSVI.
Back to intestinal health- I started with the intestinal formula #1. Once my system was working, I did a 5 day cleanse with intestinal #2.
I started taking a barley juice powder again, in Oct of 2014. This gives me so much energy and helps with my digestive health.  I mix it with apple juice, first thing each morning,
My favorite probiotic is probio5 from plexus.

I just made my first batch of sauerkraut too. It is so much better than store bought. Let the gut healing begin !

Make small changes that can become a way of life for you. I hope this is helpful to someone. If you want to talk more about this, email me at o r find me on facebook -
