Biotin studies for progressive ms

Most of you know, I don't wait years and years for ms studies. I had my jugular vein opened, stem cells, I even had calcium eap injected into my blood. So this seems easy. Taking high doses of pure biotin. Yesterday I ordered pure biotin, a smidgen measuring spoon and a jewelry scale. I'm continuing on plexus and eating for intestinal health. I recently surrendered all to God, including my health. Just after, I felt in my heart to start on biotin. I am anxiously awaiting my supplies. Good updates will follow. 9/5/15 the first few days on biotin were rough. I had tremendous stiffness. Unable to stand at all. I lowered my dose too 2 100mg a day. It seemed to help. I am taking it sublingually. I also started a b complex spray. 10/31/15 biotin was not for me- but it lead me to other b vitamins- mainly niacin

Brain maker explains brain illness

And gives us hope. I feel that Brain Maker has given me the missing links to my health. Now, I can make changes and keep what's working. Brain maker is written by a neurologist. He is telling us how Brain issues are gut issues. This is different thinking and finally gives us hope. We can take charge of our intestinal health. I added yogurt to my breakfast. I have yogurt and blueberries as a snack before bed. I added dandelion greens to my lunch salad and drink dandelion tea. I try to be gluten, sugar and dairy free (except the yogurt) Intestinal health is improving. I'm expecting the rest to follow.

bentonite clay

I just started drinking clay water for intestinal health. I read a good plan to start this. Take it for 3 days, then take a 4 day break. Then take it for 4 days and then a 3 day break. Continue on this while your body adjusts. I'm not sure if I will then take a little each day or take it twice a year, for a month or so. August 2015

gut health 8/2/15

Working on intestinal health. Things that help are plexus probio5, bio cleanse, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. I just made my first batch of sauerkraut. I eat a tablespoon or two every night. I've read that it is important to have fermented food each day. I plan to start drinking water with calcium bentonite clay each morning. That is supposed to be helpful in removing toxins and restoring intestinal health.
