gut health 8/2/15

Working on intestinal health. Things that help are plexus probio5, bio cleanse, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. I just made my first batch of sauerkraut. I eat a tablespoon or two every night. I've read that it is important to have fermented food each day. I plan to start drinking water with calcium bentonite clay each morning. That is supposed to be helpful in removing toxins and restoring intestinal health.
