This isn't complete, but I'm using what I have. Before breakfast and before dinner. 5 drops of cumanda - moving up to 30. 5 drops trace minerals- moving up to 15. 5 drops of cilantro (wanting parsley)- moving up to 10. After 2 mos at full dose, switch cumanda to quinoa. After breakfast and dinner 5 drops adrenal - moving up to 20 5 drops burbur- moving up to 11. Day 19 before bed 5 drops samemto- moving to 20. 5 drops cilantro- moving to 10 5 drops trace minerals- moving to 15. Taking enzymes before meals.
